Comprehensive Analysis of Non-Woven Fabric Application Fields
non woven fabric has long been integrated into every aspect of our lives. Have you ever noticed in which specific scenarios it is applied?

What are the differences between non-woven fabric and woven fabric?
Nonwoven Fabrics are fundamentally different from traditional textiles in terms of manufacturing processes, structural characteristics and functional applications. Unlike traditional textiles, nonwoven fabrics are produced by directly bonding or winding fibers (for example, through water entanglement, meltblown or needling), thereby forming a random three-dimensional fiber structure. This unique structure endows nonwoven fabrics with superior porosity (typically 70-90%, while textiles have 20-50%), directional uniformity of strength, and customizable permeability, thereby enabling special functions such as liquid filtration or bacterial barriers.

When did non woven fabric technology come into being
At the beginning of the 20th century, the principle of nonwoven fabric technology was discovered, but it had not yet been commercialized. The industrial-scale production of nonwoven fabrics began with the U.S.-based Felt Company in 1939 and was later adopted in Europe. China's development started relatively late (in the late 20th century), but it has made rapid progress through technological iteration.

Why is spunbond nonwoven popolar in the world
As it’s known to us, 55% of the world's non-woven fabrics are made by spunbonding technology.
Spunbond nonwoven fabric, with its high efficiency, multi-functionality and sustainability, has become a basic material for modern industry - from masks to insulation layers of space capsules, its innovative boundaries are still continuously expanding.

What we know about spunbond nonwoven fabric?
Spunbond nonwoven fabric, as a traditional and mature process belonging to nonwoven fabric, still maintains a core position through continuous innovation and technological iteration. Spunbond nonwoven is widely used in many fields.
